This pretty flat on the first floor of an 18th-century stone building has just been completely renovated. It offers all the charm you would expect from a property in the heart of Bordeaux's historic centre. Facing due west, the flat overlooks an inner courtyard, and is completely isolated from the noise of the city, even at night.
Modern, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and bathroom with walk-in shower, you can enjoy all the comforts you need during your stay.
Located in a lively district, in one of the city's most multicultural areas, restaurants, cafés and shops are all within easy reach. You will be just a stone's throw from transport and cultural sites
Tramway (Place de la Victoire) 100 metres away, as well as the bus line that serves the train station, Vcub station 20 metres away, Cathédrale Saint-Michel, the Grosse Cloche, the famous Capucins market, the best wine bars and the quays.
Whatever you fancy, nothing will ever be far away, and you can do it all on foot.
Parking space available on request (located 600 metres away).
