On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, providing privacy and comfort, as well as a guest bathroom with a shower, ideal for added convenience during your stay. On the first floor, the villa has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, decorated simply and comfortably.
This floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and access to a magnificent terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun and the mild Algarve climate. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals with complete convenience. Outside, guests can enjoy a fantastic private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on hot days, a barbecue area perfect for al fresco dining, and a ping-pong table that guarantees fun moments.
The ample outdoor space provides a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the best of summer. Located near beautiful beaches, restaurants, and the main attractions of Albufeira, Casa do Avô offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the Algarve. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, food baskets can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group Security Deposit: €150 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy for this property is for 6 guests. For the 7th to 8th guest, an additional charge will apply which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may be applied.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa do Avô. The house was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our family. The private pool and outdoor area were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the barbecue and table tennis. The location was also excellent, close to beautiful beaches, restaurants and Albufeira.
