Location: Fully managed young cattle farm in a quiet, rural location with mountain views in the district of Prutdorf, 4 km to the center of town. Facilities: Comfortable rooms in country house style. With shower and WC, SAT-TV and balcony incl. breakfast. Apartment 1: 2 living/bedrooms, kitchenette, shower/WC, SAT-TV, bed linen and towels included, balcony. Apartment 2 New:1 bedroom + 1 bed-sit room, attic Special features: Guest refrigerator, sunbathing lawn, parking spaces, swing, breakfast (vacation apartment) 9 EUR per person, house brochure. Single nights with surcharge. Reduction for children on request (room), children's travel bed, W-LAN

Prutdorf ist ein kleiner Ortsteil der Gemeinde Prien. Unsere Hof liegt ca. 4 km von der Ortsmitte Prien entfernt.
Die Autobahn Ausfahrt Frasdorf liegt ca. 5 km entfernt.
Prien ist ein zentral gelegener Ort im Chiemgau. Von hier aus sind viele Ausflugsziele in kürze erreichbar. Ob Berge (Kampenwand, Hochries) , Seen (Chiemsee, Siemssee), Märchenparks (Marquartsstein, Ruhpolding) und noch vieles mehr sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Die Wohnung war insgesamt in einem sehr guten Zustand.

Das Haus lag in einer schönen Gegend, vom Balkon hatte man eine herrliche Aussicht.
Die Wasserspülung im Bad war defekt, wurde jedoch repariert.
Sehr schöne,gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Wohnung .

Großer Garten für Kinder geeignet, hervorragendes Frühstück zubuchbar. Zuvorkommende Vermieter . Man sollte mit Auto anreisen, da ÖPV sehr schlecht nach Prien.
