The owners live on the first floor. Outdoor areas are shared with other guests, except for the open terrace, which is for "La Casita" only.
The small pool is not heated. Restaurants and a bus stop are a 5-minute walk away; supermarkets and shops are a 5-minute drive.
The airport is 30 minutes by car. Street parking is available.
Pets are not allowed.
The host has 3 dogs (golden retriever and labrador) and 1 cat; the dogs roam freely, are quiet, and very friendly.
For safety, only adults and registered guests are allowed.
Not accessible for guests with reduced mobility. No parties allowed.
Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
Smoking is only allowed outside and only regular cigarettes; no drugs permitted.
For safety, do not light candles inside.
The pool is neither private nor heated.
