Located in Thyez, on a sunny slope in Haute-Savoie, this detached chalet of 152 m² on three levels can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms.

On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, a private bathroom, and a separate toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room, which has a corner sofa and a fireplace. Upstairs, three bedrooms, including one with a private bathroom, each have two single beds (90x200 cm, can be joined on request), as well as a large bathroom and a separate toilet. You will enjoy mountain views and many amenities: Wi-Fi, portable speaker, washing machine, dryer, workspace, panoramic sauna (4 people), jacuzzi under a bioclimatic pergola, and various baby equipment.

The chalet also includes a garden, a south-facing balcony, terraces with awnings, outdoor furniture, a plancha, an outdoor shower, and a ping-pong table. Four parking spaces are available (two in the garage and two in the courtyard in front).

An electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra fee.
