Upstairs, two spacious and comfortable bedrooms await, both adorned with king-size beds. One of the rooms has a desk to offer children's play area or a practical workstation for adults. Ample fitted wardrobes and balconies accessible from each patio window add to the airy and inviting ambiance. A shared bathroom completes the upper level.

The villa is securely gated, offering parking right in front of the house for your convenience. Take the path beside the house to reach the spacious terraces and the sparkling infinity pool with its clear, blue water. This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. 1 bedroom conveniently located on the ground floor, with 2 bedrooms on the first floor. There are steps within the house, but no steps to the ground floor levels. Private, gated parking.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
