We present our 6-bedroom villa with an Andalusian charming style. The villa is located a few minutes’ walk from the beach and right next to the Puerto Marina.

Our villa has 3 floors; the main entrance connects to a large living room with access to the kitchen and the dining room. It also has an entrance at the front of the house to a magnificent Andalusian courtyard from which you can go downstairs and access the swimming pool and green areas of the villa. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a terrace overlooking the south; downstairs you will find the laundry room, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You can enjoy great events in our wonderful garden with barbecue area and swimming pool.
We strive to assist our guests getting to know Benalmádena in the best way possible, offering local advice regarding activities, restaurants, markets etc. in the area. Just ask if you have something in mind, and we will do our upmost to help.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY
You will love the amenities in our home, the villa has two floors. Lower Floor includes: The main entrance includes a large living room with a fireplace and dining room that connects with a new modern kitchen and pantry, a bathroom and bonus room for ironing and storage. The living room connects with French doors opening to a family room with a second wood burning fireplace and other areas ideal for reading, playing cards or games, or a game of pool. The first floor also has the master bedroom, bathroom and dressing area with large closets. And a second bedroom and full bath.
The upper floor includes three bedrooms, two of them connected with a balcony where you can enjoy sunsets and sea views, and two full bathrooms. There is also a large room where you can exercise or practice yoga. Outdoors As one enters the property through a gate on Velazquez Street, you´ll find the common areas with plenty of space, green areas, security and comfort for the entire family visiting the house. A chill out area perfect for a siesta or evening gatherings, an outdoor dining area and barbecue suitable for meals and a swimming pool.
At the rear of the property, there is an automatic gate which provides entrance to the property and private parking space for four cars, and parking for another car in the garage.
