Welcome to your coastal sanctuary! This modern beachfront bungalow in Pevensey Bay offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and breathtaking views. With direct access to the beach, outdoor amenities, and a warm and welcoming interior, this home is an ideal getaway for families, surf enthusiasts, or couples seeking a romantic escape.
One Small Dog Welcome: Bring your furry companion—one small dog is welcome to stay.

The well-equipped kitchen is a delight for family entertaining, featuring top-notch appliances such as an electric oven, hob, wine cooler, coffee machine, and a washing machine. Enjoy breakfast at the bar or relax in the lounge area, where a comfortable corner sofa doubles as a sofa bed upon request. Stay entertained with a Smart TV offering Netflix, a DAB radio, and a selection of board games for friendly competitions.
The dining table, overlooking the rear beach garden and stunning views, accommodates up to six guests. Two bedrooms, each with a TV, offer a peaceful retreat. The first bedroom boasts a double bed with an en-suite shower and WC, while the second bedroom features a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be arranged as a twin upon request. A modern family bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the interior.
Step outside to the beach garden, where a dining table, sun umbrella, BBQ, and fire pit invite you to enjoy al fresco meals and unforgettable outdoor cooking experiences. Relax on the swinging chair and reclining chairs, or access the storage shed for beach essentials like body boards, buckets, and spades.
At the front of the property, an additional seating area provides an idyllic spot to soak in the evening sun with a glass of wine.
