Discover this spacious villa for up to twelve people, designed to offer an unforgettable stay on the Costa del Sol. Located in a peaceful setting and surrounded by native trees, this property combines the comfort of a home with the proximity to the A-7 motorway, small shopping areas and tourist attractions such as beaches and golf courses just a few minutes drive away. 🚗🌳
On arrival, you will find a private parking area and a small hall that gives access to a charming interior courtyard, the central core that connects the different floors of the villa. On this main floor there is a spacious, bright living-dining room with a gabled ceiling decorated with wooden beams, ideal for sharing relaxing moments or family meals. 🍽️📚
The kitchen is spacious, equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and appliances for those who enjoy cooking, with ample storage space to facilitate your stay. Next to it, an outdoor porch with garden furniture invites you to enjoy aperitifs or moments of relaxation in the open air. In addition, you will find a separate toilet for added convenience. 🍳☕️
Interior stairs connect to the lower floor, where most of the bedrooms are located, and the upper floor, which houses a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. From the inner courtyard there are also two exterior staircases: one leads to a terrace with views and furniture, perfect for relaxing, and the other connects directly to the pool area, also accessible from two bedrooms. 🛌🌅
On the lower floor, the outdoor area comes to life with a large and sunny swimming pool, equipped with furniture ideal for enjoying refreshing swims and moments of leisure with the family. The garden, with fruit trees, offers natural shade and a very pleasant environment, inviting you to get in touch with nature. 🌳🏊♂️
The villa has six bedrooms in total, all with exterior windows and space to store luggage comfortably. Bedding options include singles and doubles, adapting to the needs of large groups. The master bedroom, located on the top floor, offers an intimate ambience with a wood panelled sloping ceiling and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub for added comfort. 🛏️🛁
This 220 m² house has air conditioning in all rooms, private heated swimming pool, fireplace, barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer and wifi internet access, guaranteeing a comfortable and connected stay. The independent kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, covering all culinary needs. 🖥️🔥🍽️
The heated swimming pool is maintained at 28ºC in low season (1 November to 30 April) with daily supplement and is only available by reservation for the entire stay.
The location is ideal for families with children, as it is close to parks, golf courses, sandy and rocky beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and attractions such as water parks and protected natural areas.
