A nice two room apartment of 30 m2 near the centre of Rotterdam. The house fully furnished and located on the second floor. There is no lift and the stairs are steep.
With one livingroom and separate semi open kitchen. There is a bedroom with a 2 persons bed of 140 cm by 200 cm, and a small shower with toilet. On the same floor there is a laundry room that can be used.
Only 10 minutes walk from Central Station and 15 minutes from the city centre. A lot of restaurant at a few minutes walk. Also supermarkets are close by.
24 hours check in because of key safe box.
We have sometimes an option for a parking place in a nearby garage please let us know if you are interested then we can see if it is available and send you the price.
Only for two persons and no smoking.

We chose this property as it was one of the cheaper places to stay in Rotterdam and this is reflected in the basic amenities provided. The stay was really pleasend. China town ist near by and hast a Lot of great Restaurants. Takumi is my best recomandation.
Also Rent a Bike If you can and explore the City.
