El Saladar (Urbanova), a very quiet family beach of golden sand where you can take long walks by the water.
The flat is located in a protected environment between the old salt and surrounded by dunes on both sides. The beach has been awarded with the distinctive Blue Flag of the European Union.
The residencial area is closed to traffic and only the movement of vehicles are allowed to park.
We have parking garage roof surface for the exclusive use of this property. We are just 10 minutes drive from the Alicante Center.
The views from terrace, dining room and master bedroom are great, the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea to infinity.
