This completely renovated property is 2 minutes (160 meters) walk from the sea. Located in San Giorgio (Bari), the Villa da Zia Tina has comfortable interior spaces, a large outdoor area with eucalyptus garden, pine trees as well as indoor parking spaces (max three cars) and a large terrace overlooking the sea.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and the third with a single bed.

Chouette villa, avec airco dans le living, très bel exterieur, avec fleurs et arbres. Parking pour 2 voitures Proche de la mer et d'une petite plage très sympa. Voiture conseillée pour visiter cette belle region. Bari, Mola di Bari, Locorotondo, Lecce, Matera,...Et proprietaires très agreables et serviables.
