Our beautiful home is located within a gated community in the heart of the Galway Docklands.
This location allows you to explore Galway City in complete comfort.
It is only a 5-10 minute walk to Galway's Westend, The Latin Quarter, Shop Street & Eyre Square. One secure parking space is included, if you have additional cars let us know and we will send you information for other paid parking options. The Space: This property is spread over three floors and offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Please note all living areas are located on the ground floor and all bedrooms are located on the upper levels. Upon entering the home you arrive into a small hallway which leads to the open plan living area.
You will be able to prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen which has an oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge plus all kitchen utensils.
There is also a washing machine and a dryer. In the living room there are large sofas & chairs that are perfect for family movie nights.
We also supply guests with some outdoor furniture.
On the first floor you will find our newly renovated bathroom which has a rainfall shower and vanity.
There are two double bedrooms on the same floor, both of which have built-in wardrobes and very comfortable beds.
The second floor is very similar to the first floor, there is one bathroom that is equipped with a step-in shower. There are two double bedrooms that both have built-in wardrobes.
On the third floor we have the master bedroom with its own private ensuite.
The bedroom is large & spacious and perfect for families that require a travel cot for young children.
This room also has built-in wardrobes and is very bright due to the large Velux window.
The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a standard shower, toilet and sink. What we offer our guests: We have an excellent guest services team that are available to reply to any questions or queries you may have before, during and after your stay.
Our home is equipped with high speed unlimited internet which allows you to sign in to your favourite tv services on our smart Tv.
Please note that local channels are not available, only streaming services that you may have.
Our high speed internet will also allow you to comfortably work from home should you need to. Our guests are supplied with a starter kit of; tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cooking oil, seasonings, cleaning supplies inc. dishwasher tablets & laundry pods, toilet roll, shampoo & body wash.
We also supply hotel standard linens and towels for your stay.
Should you require a linen change during your stay we can offer this service at an additional cost. Things to Note: Check-In time is from 4.00pm, Check out time is no later than 10.30am.
Where possible we can allow early/late check in/out times however this is not guaranteed and by request only. Strictly over 25s unless traveling with family.
Strictly no parties allowed, this is a family home and is best suited for families and friends who are looking to explore Galway. **noise Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 11pm And 8am** This building is equipped with a non-recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 11pm and 8am.
Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation.
If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement. Should we become aware of over occupancy, Guests will be charged for any extra person (s) per night.
Please do not bring extra guests without notifying us.
The home will only be set up for the number of guests on the booking. We look forward to welcoming you and making your stay unforgettable. Guest Access: Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect. The Neighbourhood: We are just a few minutes walk to Galway's Latin Quarter and shopping district. Getting Around: If you wish to explore the city we are central to everywhere by walking.
If you wish to visit areas such as Connemara or the Cliffs of Moher you can do so by car, or we can offer options for tours. Interaction with Guests: All messages are handled directly through the platform, so you’ll be fully supported throughout your stay.
For urgent situations—such as a lockout or trouble with directions—a mobile number will also be available. Important to Note: Please be aware that refunds following a cancellation may be subject to associated banking or payment processing fees.

Had a wonderful stay with friends. The place was easy to find and very clean. We were within walking distance of all of the pubs and shops. Our only issue was the hot water was only lule warm and the pressure was not very good. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Management was very helpful with our luggage as we were a bit early. We enjoyed three days king and Galway city only problem was the beds are double difficult when you’re used to a California king and we could’ve used a few more towels. We were each allocated one towel but otherwise we enjoyed the unit and the location very very much.

Parking and accommodations were excellent. Great location for seeing the city. The apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.
