There are 3 terraces - one being an enormous roof terrace which provides complete privacy and has its own 7 person Hot Tub.
There is a large dining terrace which is fully equipped with a Gas BBQ as well as another large sunny terrace, complete with sun loungers and shaded seating There are 3 large bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom, a large lounge area with a sofa bed that can accommodate a further 2 guests as well.
The apartment is fully airconditioned and has underfloor heating, as well providing high powered fibre optic wifi throughout. This beachside apartment is just 100m from the beach & sea, which means that the views are spectacular from all the rooms and terraces of the apartment. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and can be easily accessed from the fully serviced lift. Entering the apartment, you will have a panoramic view of the sea from the spectacular ceiling to floor windows.
To your right is the modern well equipped kitchen inc. dishwasher, washing machine, American style fridge freezer and tumble dryer.

This was a truly lovely property. Penthouse living, comfortable modern decor. Just minutes from the beach with three lovely outdoor spaces plus the community pool and garden space. The owners greated us and toured the property. We settled in quickly. I would definitely return to this property.
