Bus stop 400 m, railway station 300 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, marina 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Puerto Marina 1.5 km, Sea Life 1.5 km, Cocodrile Park 1.5 km, Acualand 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Super, leuk appartement. Alleen spijtig dat we een mail kregen dat het deurtje dat aan diepvries is bevestigt los was, dat wij dit gedaan hebben. We hebben het zelf pas na 3 dagen opgemerkt, wel niet gemeld op dat moment. We hebben geantwoord dat dit al was en verder niets gehoord. De rest alles ok en alles aanwezig.
