Furnished business apartment with one bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and terrace in a central location in Zurich Altstetten.
The Business Apartment at Buckhauserstrasse 16 is ideal for people who are in Zurich on business for a longer or shorter period of time. The apartment has two rooms. In the bedroom you will find a large double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and a sitting area with table and chairs. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find, among other things, hotplates, a microwave, a refrigerator and many more extras. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet and a private terrace.
Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with international channels, monthly cleaning (from stays longer than 45 days), towels and bed linen are already included in the price.
Buckhauserstrasse is an ideal place to live. The apartment building in Zurich Altstetten is well connected to public transport. The lake, the city centre (with Bellevue and all sights such as the Grossmünster) and the airport can be reached in a very short time. The nearest tram station is only 170m away and from there Zurich main station and the city centre can be reached in less than 20 minutes. Zurich Altstetten station can also be reached on foot in 7 minutes. From there, there are direct trains to Zurich airport and Zurich main station.
In addition, you will find various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The Letzipark shopping centre, for example, is only 650m away. There you will find a large selection of shops such as Coop, Manor or Denner. There are also some restaurants in the Letzipark.
Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:
- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.
- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.

Die Ausstattung, die moderne Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit und allgemein der unkomplizierte Ablauf (check-in&-out)
Die Lüftung im Bad kann man leider nicht ausschalten - dies wäre aber vor allem nachts eine angenehme Option. Generell hat es aber nicht groß gestört.
