The Space:
The former commercial unit is located on the ground floor and has been converted and renovated into a 2-bedroom flat. On 60 m² there is space for up to 7 people The spacious kitchen/living room offers a large dining area, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and a flat screen TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick and Zatoo Live TV function. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Th 2 bedrooms are equipped with large double beds. The renovated bathroom has a shower/WC. Explore Munich like a local and benefit from the central but quiet location and the size of the flat.

Getting Around:
The streetcar station Regerplatz is only 400 meters away from the apartment. From there you have a good connection with the line M25.

Please note that a check in is only possible online via our digital check in system. The link for this will be provided in the reservation confirmation. After successfully providing the required data (filling out and signing the registration form and uploading your ID or passport), you will receive access to your guest area with information about your stay with us. overall we had an enjoyable stay. We arrived in the dark and had difficulty finding the apartment door right by the parking garage.
Very clean!
issues with the shower head being unstable and falling out of the holder.
windows in the bedrooms look right onto the playground. dim lighting in the bedrooms.
close to a bus station which was nice for public transport!
