You can also explore the magnificent natural landscapes of the Montagne Noire, the beautiful villages of the Aude (Lagrasse, Montolieu, Caunes-Minervois, etc.), the Cathar castles of Saissac and Lastours and the Massif de l'Alaric. The sea is just 50 minutes away. On site, the gîte has an outdoor area with a pleasant patio equipped with garden furniture and a plancha to make the most of your meals. For car parking, there is a private garage with remote-controlled electric shutters, and easy street parking for a second vehicle.
The ground floor of this air-conditioned gîte opens onto a living room with a corner sofa and armchair, a connected TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped, integrated kitchen with direct access to the patio. Separate shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate WC. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm). Upstairs, a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a third bedroom with two single beds (90cm) that can be joined together. Between the two bedrooms is a magnificent bathroom with a glass roof, bath and washbasin. Ducted air conditioning throughout the gîte. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included.
