Beautiful walks can be enjoyed by bike or on foot along the Canal du Midi.
Its immediate proximity to the city center will allow you to enjoy all the entertainment during the summer season or throughout the year (concerts, theater, local festivals...).
To cool off and enjoy a swim, two spots are available to you: Lac de la Cavayère or the Pôle Aqualudique, both located in Carcassonne, 10 minutes from the cottage.
Villa Tamaris offers comfort and space throughout your stay with the added bonus of a beautiful view of the Cité de Carcassonne from the living room, where you can see it in all its glory, including during the July 14th fireworks! This charming villa opens its doors to you with a beautiful private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue to liven up your meals during the sunny season while enjoying the Midi sun.
This air-conditioned gîte opens onto a hallway leading to a large living room with a beautiful, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge with freezer...), a dining table, and a lounge area with sofas and a connected TV.
The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed.
The second bedroom has a 140 cm bed, and the third bedroom has two 90 cm beds.
A shower room with an Italian shower, a double vanity sink, and a washing machine.
A separate toilet.
Baby equipment available upon request.
Parking is private on the property, and there is the possibility of electric vehicle charging (optional, to be paid on site).

Quel accueil !!! Tout est prévu dans ce logement pour le bien être des vacanciers.La gentillesse d'Hervé et de son épouse nous ont séduit.Leurs précieux conseils de visites et de restaurants ont rendu notre séjour très agréable.La sortie vélo du dimanche restera un gros coup cœur.

très bien situé, l'appartement permet vraiment de profiter soit de Carcassonne, soit de la région, facilement. le parking fermé est un plus indéniable. l'appartement est très lumineux, très agréable. en couple, avec nos 2 enfants, c'était parfait !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Gîte proche de l'accès à la cité, du centre ville et à deux pas d'une zone commerciale. Les propriétaires sont charmants. De plus, disponibles quand nous avons eu besoin. La villa très agréable avec le plus de la climatisation.
