On the first floor large double bedroom with balcony. Large outdoor garden recently renovated in 2018
For any need, my house is adjacent to yours, so available for advice and for any eventuality in times after check-in
Entire house of 80sqm a stone's throw from the cycle-pedestrian slopes of the lakes of Comabbio and Varese, composed on the ground floor of a new eat-in kitchen, large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed. Also on the lower floor there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine for guests. On the first floor large double bedroom with balcony. Small outdoor garden.

Among the services offered, I offer my guests the use of WiFi, a washing machine, a microwave, an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a drying rack for clothes and an iron. In Italy, due to the anti-terrorism law, registration of guests staying with the competent local authorities is mandatory. As a result, I ask my guests to arrive at check in with a valid ID (both adults and children / teenagers), so that they can be registered.
I ask my guests to respect the spaces available and to leave the house in order as they found it; however, there is a small fee for final cleaning

Bien que le gite ne soit pas en bordure d'un des grands lacs Italien , il est très proche et nous a permis de découvrir le Lac Majeur, le Lac de Côme, le lac d'Orta ainsi que Milan . Très bon rapport qualité/Prix

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à "L'appel du Lac" chez Carla. La maison est très grande et surtout très propre. Le linge de maison fourni sent très bon le frais et est aussi très propre. The stay was awesome. Carla was a wonderful host. Communication was 1st Class and she was there to help if you needed it but was not intrusive. The property was spotless and had everything you needed for a tranquil, idyllic holiday.. The area has good access to Milan and the lakes. I could not recommend highly enough
