The villa is in a tranquil and peaceful setting in lovely Üzümlü, surrounded by grapevine, olive, fig, orange and pomegranate trees.
There are wonderful views of the Taurus mountains and views across rolling olive groves to Patara beach, yet is still just a 10 minute drive from lively Kalkan and its many shops and restaurants. The villa is extremely well equipped.
It offers a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop, a comfortable lounge complete with 32" LCD Smart TV with international news and sports channels.
There is a good selection of books and DVDs, but you can bring your own tablet/i-pad and HDMI cable for unlimited possibilities.
Other amenities include air-conditioning throughout, free unlimited wireless internet access, washing machine, dishwasher and hair dryer. Inside, the villa has a bright, airy feel enhanced by the open plan ground floor which includes a living room, contemporary kitchen, dining area and downstairs cloakroom.
The lounge has access onto a balcony which has a sitting area, where you could enjoy an early evening drink.
The villa has impressive natural stone tiling throughout. The first floor comprises a double and twin bedroom, each with its own modern bathroom with rain head shower and access onto a south facing balcony with comfy chairs for taking in the view. Outside, there is a spacious pool area, sun loungers, umbrellas and an outside dining area, where you can take an al fresco breakfast or simply enjoy the early morning sunshine with a coffee.
There are also two stone sitting areas with comfy cushions where you could have some quiet time and perhaps read a book. This really is a wonderful setting for a romantic getaway, family holiday or friends holidaying together.

We had a 9 day stay at this villa. Lovely quiet location, you need a car to get around. Local Village restaurants were very nice.
