Close to Place Jean Moulin, this old building is located in a pretty alley typical of the city. The house is 600 meters from shops, restaurants, museum and cinema.
The old and the modern combine wonderfully, the owner has carefully chosen each object, and Frida Kahlo is present in almost every room……
Ground floor: entrance, 1st floor: a large living room (hi-fi system) with sofa, bar area and dining room, a relaxation lounge equipped with a television. A kitchen, a shower room (wc). 2nd floor: a large bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) with adjoining shower room and wc. Following architectural constraints, 1 bedroom equipped with a high skylight (1 double bed); 1 bedroom (3 single beds), bathroom (wc). Each room is air-conditioned. The stairs of this old building are a little steep.
Access to the garage (door 2.10 x 2.10 m) is via the narrow street. The garage can accommodate 2 city vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, etc. with the possibility of parking a larger vehicle if you are proficient in tight maneuvers. Easy parking at 1 or 2 euros for half a day right next door, free nearby, paid guarded parking 800m away. Pets allowed.

Contact très sympathique avec la propriétaire. L'accueil a été particulièrement apprécié (eau, vin, confitures, anchoïade, toasts, etc). Maison confortable, super propre, chambres climatisées, sur 3 étages, donc escaliers. Bien décorée.Nous recommandons très chaleureusement.

Espace confortable propreté et déco ok, par contre rentrer au garage seul est impossible avec une berline, et escaliers très escarpés difficiles pour personnes âgées.
