Other things to note
According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to arrival, i.e. every guest's names and their ID details, vehicle and licence plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot).
We kindly ask for you to provide us a selfie with your ID in order to confirm identity
Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building.

✓ Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet.

***Deposit***

All other guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $200. ($500 CAD if you bring pets)
If any case of smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

The unit entrance is equipped with a smart lock which makes the check-in check-out process super easy. Whether you are running late or you need to leave early in the morning, there's no need to wait to get or return the keys. We can lock or unlock the suite door remotely using the smart lock.
