1. Absolutely no parties or unapproved gatherings at any time. Violators may face a $3000 penalty as per our terms. 2. All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)
3. No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
4. If something breaks, let us know immediately so we can fix or replace it for future guests.
5. No "schoolies" bookings accepted. Please respect this policy.
6. Bookings from groups under the age of 28 are not permitted 7. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
8. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 8.
9.. Please park in designated parking on the property. No parking on the street or on nature strips/sidewalks.
10. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the property
11. Pets are not allowed
12. Please adhere to designated check-in and check-out times. Contact us for any special requests.
