Burleigh on Main is a proper beach house.
It’s fresh, clean and designed for real living — sandy feet and all.
The top floor of this large home is all yours, with sprawling ocean-facing living, a balcony perfect for people-watching and a classic coastal layout that just works for families.
Think cool concrete underfoot, the sound of waves always nearby and space to spread out, nap, play or gather. Sleeping up to 8 guests, the house is best suited for 7, with an additional trundle mattress available if you bring extra linen.
Bedrooms are simple and comfortable: Master bedroom: King bed, aircon, smart TV, built-ins Second bedroom: Queen bed, aircon, built-ins Third bedroom: Bunk bed (single), extra single, trundle, ceiling fan, built-ins There’s a clean 80s family bathroom with full sized bath and a separate loo A big double garage downstairs that fits two cars — or a game of ping-pong on rainy days. The laundry (washer and dryer) is downstairs too, tucked into the garage. What’s Included Fast, free WiFi Bed and bathroom linen is supplied (for 7 guests) Luxury Leif toiletries Smart TV in master Full kitchen for family meals Huge garage and driveway for cars, boards or a small boat Please BYO beach towels, and if you’re planning to use the trundle for an 8th guest, bring linen for that too. The downstairs granny flat at the downstairs rear of the property is fully self-contained and soundproofed, with access from the rear of the property — so your peace and privacy are intact. (See floor plan in photos.) Why You’ll Love It This is where summer holidays used to be — and still can be.

We're also pet friendly for up to two well behaved, small lap dogs - so the whole family wins. Burleigh Yamba is managed by the friendly team at Oceanstays who are available to support you seven days a week. We welcome up to two well behaved, non barking small lap dogs who may never be left home alone. The side driveway is shared with our next door neighbour. For guests who have stayed in the past, the self contained apartment downstairs at the rear of the garage is no longer accessible, nor is the backyard. There are now three, three seater sofas in the living area which have been replaced since these photos were taken to seat more guests. Agent interest. Everything is walking distance from Burleigh Yamba including the restaurants, the boutiques, the Friendly Grocer, the SPAR grocery store and the bottle shop.
If you want to venture a little further you can hire bikes from the local bike shop.
You can park two cars in the lock up garage, a further three in the backyard and there is free parking across the road.

Burleigh Yamba is about as good as it gets as far as position goes in Yamba. From our place, you can walk to all five of Yamba's major beaches, the restaurants, the Pacific Hotel, the Lighthouse and to town.
