Lastly, to our valued guests, we try our best to provide you with the essential amenities in all of our properties , however there are certain items we DO NOT keep stocked in our homes. In particular, food related items such as coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking oils and other items along that nature.
During these unprecedented times, we fell it is better that YOU the guest provide those items for yourself. Each house has accommodations to expand for additional guests with air mattresses in common areas.
Just let us know if one is need at the time of booking. COVID-19 UPDATE: DEAR GUESTS, OUR REGULAR PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SESSIONS ARE GUARANTEED TO HAVE THE UNIT DISINFECTED IN BETWEEN EACH STAY.

THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH A HAND SANITIZER BOTTLE AND DISINFECTANT WIPES PER FLOOR.
PLEASE STAY SAFE IN THIS DIFFICULT TIME, WISH YOU ALL THE BEST. We have a keyless entry/alarm system which is easily armed and disarmed by the guest check-in code you will receive.

LOCATION! This house is very close to many attractions that Niagara Falls offers and it is also close to the highway, supermarket, restaurants, etc. It is absolutely perfect for your trip in the Falls as you can park your cars on site and walk to all the tourist attractions nearby.

ALTERNITVE OVERTNIGHT WINTER PARKING
Alternate overnight parking is based on the next day’s date and the addresses of the homes on the street where you reside
For example: If today’s date is December 5th, tomorrow’s date is December 6th, EVEN date. You would park on the side of the street with EVEN address such as 502 or 504
If today’s date is December 6th, tomorrow’s date is December 7th an ODD date. You would therefore park on the side of the street with ODD addresses such as 501 or 503
Be sure to pay attention to the date, especially when the last day of the month is the 31st. Since the 31st and the 1st are both odd dates you will be parking on the same side of the street two night in a row.
This will be in effect from December 1st -March 31st.
