This wonderful house is located in Calle Carabeo, in the very heart of Nerja. You will enjoy your own private pool with sun terrace while enjoying magnificent views of the beach and the Mediterranean.









Situation and exteriors




Here the car can also rest... The house is only a two minute walk from restaurants, shops and tapas bars, as well as wonderful beaches such as Playa Carabeillo and Playa Carabeo. Even so, the house has its own private parking. Should you prefer to visit the most interesting places in Andalucia without having to drive, you can arrange a guided tour or use the public transport at the bus station located 800 metres away. The house has a large terrace with sun loungers, an attractive private swimming pool and a small pool to sit and have a cocktail. A large awning protects the sitting area, making it a great place to enjoy a meal in the shade. The house also offers barbecue and garden furniture. Down a few steps, you will find a lawned garden with magnificent views of the beach below. At the end of the garden there is a chill-out corner with comfortable garden chairs and views of the Mediterranean and the Balcony of Europe.



For families with children, we are pleased to inform you that there is also a shared swimming pool where children can make new friends. On the first floor we have another sunny terrace with sea views - this terrace is only accessible through one of the bedrooms.










Notes


* Nerja Town Hall intends to cut off Calle Carabeo with a bollard. At the moment we do not know if this street will be passable for the residents who have a parking space there, as there is a lack of information from the Town Hall. We will try to get the Town Hall to facilitate access, but it is still too early to tell. In the event that access to the car park is not possible, the property cannot be held responsible. As an option, you have the possibility to park your car in the public car park "Parking Carabeo", a very large space just behind Calle Carabeo, 3 minutes walking distance. There is a special price for 7 days (please ask us for approximate prices).







* During the second week of October and lasting approximately 4-5 days, the Nerja Fair takes place. The fairground in the centre of Nerja is filled with stalls where women and men dress up in traditional flamenco costume, ride horses, dance sevillanas, drink sherry or manzanilla wine and eat tapas. So, this is an attractive event, but it also has its consequences which may not be so attractive: The private car park next to the house will not be available from a few days before the event as Calle Carabeo is closed to traffic. If you bring a car, you can try to find parking nearby or we can offer you a free parking space in the Marina Turquesa flats (1,5 km from the house). On the other hand, it is possible that you may be disturbed by the noise of the fair (music, etc.). We estimate that this will not affect you to a great extent as the house is at a safe distance from the area, but we are not in a position to guarantee this.








Interior and layout



The house is built on two floors, with marble floors and tastefully and cosily furnished. On the ground floor there is a bright living room with a large flat screen TV, a dining corner and a fireplace. The kitchen is very complete and equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The washing machine is located in the laundry room where you will also have an iron and ironing board at your disposal. The bedroom on this floor has 2 beds and direct access to the terrace. There is a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.



On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with large dressing room and ensuite bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin (and views of the Balcony of Europe!). The third bedroom is also very spacious and has a large private terrace with sea views. The bathroom corresponding to this bedroom has a double bath, 2 washbasins and WC. The last bedroom is a double bedroom with two single beds. It makes use of another bathroom with bathtub, WC and washbasin.



The house is equipped with air conditioning and Internet connection via Wifi (it is free of charge).
