A very new feeling and big modern house

There is one big room downstairs, incl a very nice bathroom and a big well supplied kitchen (ground level)
The first floor contains 3 big rooms, also a very nice bathroom and a regular kitchen. It is very suited for a big family or multiple couples.
The seat in the garden is very lovely and ideal for breakfast.
The hostess is a very pleasant lady and has an even more nice dog.
There is just one inconvenience and that is, unfortunately and such a shame: the traffic on the road in front of the house is kinda loud.
It does bother during conversations at the breakfast table.
