- Traumhafte Lage in der nähe von Stillinge Strand, nahme am Meer.
- Grundinfrastrucktur vorhanden, wie Haarföhn, Abfallsäcke, Seife usw.
Veraltete Infrastruktur innen.
- Herd braucht sehr lange bis er warm wird, ist whs. im Nachhinein hingestellt worden, schmutige Fugen.
- Badezimmer sind beide unpraktisch, Böden schmutzig, teils schimmel.

Das Haus ist ein typisches Holzhaus, man hört wirklich alles. Die Ausstattung mit Töpfen und Geschirr ist sehr umfangreich. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer sehr praktisch, bis auf beim Zimmer im Poolbereich

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Etwas merkwürdig war die Raumaufteilung mit dem Schlafzimmer im Poolbereich und dass beide Badezimmer im poolbereich waren.
