Modern and cosy flat located on the fourth floor (lift without architectural barriers) of San Bartolomé Street, right in the historic centre of San Sebastian. In a particularly quiet and safe area, just 30 seconds' walk from the famous La Concha beach, this flat is the ideal starting point for your excursions around the city.



A few metres away, you will find the Paseo de La Concha, a popular place for locals to take pleasant morning strolls to the neighbouring Ondarreta beach. Just a 3-minute walk away, you will find the Buen Pastor Cathedral as well as the elegant shopping area, artisan bakeries and numerous cafés. El Centro is undoubtedly the oldest and most charming neighbourhood in the whole city of Donostia. There is also a supervised public car park just a few metres away, very close to the flat (do not hesitate to ask us).



Inside the flat, you will find a bright and modern living room (double sofa bed). This leads to the main bedroom, which is also very bright and cosy. There is also a dining area with seating for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make you feel at home from the very first moment. The flat is fully equipped with a TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, kettle, juicer, toaster, Nespresso machine, .... and, of course, high speed WIFI.



We provide bed linen and towels, as well as a small cleaning kit (scourer, dishwasher and tea towel), hotel amenities (shampoo and shower gel) and 10 complimentary Nespresso coffee capsules
