It has a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, hairdryer, iron. The flat is on the 3rd floor WITHOUT lift.

Rules for a Pleasant Stay


Welcome to our cosy accommodation! We want to make sure that you enjoy your stay to the fullest. To guarantee a harmonious and safe environment, we ask you to follow these simple but important rules


Check In and Identification

- Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00; Late Check-In service has an additional cost after that time.


- Additional costs
22:00 - 00:00 (20€)

Later than 00:00 (40€)



- Important Note: Please do not forget to send us your email address to send you the traveller's part form. This must be done before your arrival. In order to enter the accommodation it is compulsory to fill in the traveller's form for all guests.



Silence and Rest
- Avoid parties and loud noises to respect the neighbours' rest.


- Do not ring other people's doorbells and respect the rest hours between 22hs and 8 a.m.



Common Areas
- No smoking or drinking in shared areas.


- No smoking inside the flat.




Energy Efficiency
- Turn off the air conditioning or heating when you leave.


Please be considerate of energy consumption.



Care of the Apartment
- Treat the flat and its belongings with care.


- Do not park bicycles in the hallway of the building.



Coexistence Rules
- Do not overload the lift (in the event that your accommodation has a lift) and respect the limit of authorised persons.


- Keep the communal areas clean.



Restrictions
- We do not accept bookings from young groups or under 25 years old without a representative.


- Pets are not allowed.



Check-Out
- Check-out is scheduled for 10:00 am.

- If you need to check out after 10:00 am, please let us know to check availability.

- Late Check-out after 12:00 pm carries an associated cost, as it is considered an additional service. We are happy to provide more details on this option if required.




Additional Services
- Request a cot or high chair in advance (extra cost of 20€, subject to availability).



Our opening hours are from 09:30 am to 20:00 via Airbnb chat. We can cater for emergencies outside these hours.




Long-term stays
For stays longer than 1 month, basic services are covered up to 100€; the excess is the responsibility of the guest.
