The villa has three comfortable bedrooms: a suite with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a double bed. It also has a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower and an additional bathroom, ensuring convenience for all guests.


The living-dining room is spacious and equipped with air conditioning and a TV, creating a cosy atmosphere for relaxing and socialising. The full kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. Outside, a veranda offers a peaceful space to enjoy the pleasant climate of the region.


The outdoor leisure area is one of the great highlights of Villa Aqua 5. The private pool is surrounded by garden furniture, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. You don't need to hire a car, but if you prefer, we'll be happy to help you with the booking on request. We can also help organise transfers if necessary.


If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.


Heating the pool is always a plus for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.


The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).


Group deposit: subject to approval with a deposit of €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance and archive fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
