Important information about villa fees and payments

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stays, ensuring that you only pay for the services you really need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for you to enjoy an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, below are the extra costs for each of them

1. Payment with a Visa card incurs a 3% commission fee per card.


2. Payment via bank transfer does not include any fees.


3. The assistance service can be contracted with either payment method.


4. Cleaning Costs
- Stays of up to one week: Final cleaning, 400 €.

- Stays of two weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 hours, performed by 2 people) halfway through the stay, 80 €; full final cleaning at the end of the second week, 400 €.

- Stays of one month: Three mid-stay cleanings (one each week), 80 € each; full final cleaning at the end of the last week, 400 €.


5. Tourist tax: 1 €/adult/day for the first 7 days.


6. In low season (from October to April): provision of 800 €/month for water, electricity, and gas costs based on actual consumption. For weekly stays: provision of 250 €/week for water, electricity, and gas costs based on actual consumption.


7. Late check-in: from 20:00 to 24:00, additional cost of 45 €.


8. Late check-in: after 24:00, additional cost of 70 €.


9. Additional stay fee: an extra cost of 20 € per day per person applies for more than 10 people.


10. Rates for stays of 2, 3, and 4 days apply for Saturday-to-Saturday stays. If the stay covers two weeks, due to the loss of rental for 10 to 12 days, the price will increase by 40%.


11. The security deposit is 1000 €.
