This holiday homes can welcome up to 8 people in its four bedrooms.
One has a double bed and a ceiling fan; another bedroom has two single beds of 105 cm and a ceiling fan.
The other two bedrooms have two single beds of 90cm each and are provided with a ceiling fan.
The two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower, are located in the corridor.
The cosy dining-living room is provided with a fireplace so that you will feel warm in winter and cool in summer.
It shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen. Two bedrooms and the living room are equipped with warm/cool air-con. The outdoor area of this holiday home will definitely leave you breathless.
The wonderful patio is provided with staggering views over the Mediterranean Sea and the hills of the region of La Axarquía, alongside a lounge area where you can relax and enjoy the warm temperature of the Andalusian summer in Torrox.
In the patio, you will also find a barbecue area and a dining area, and last, but not least, a fantastic private swimming pool with sun loungers and deckchairs. The access to the house comprises a four-km-long unpaved lane and a four-km-long paved lane.
This way, despite being a mountainous path, it is perfectly practicable.

Zum 2. Mal haben haben wir in dieser Finca Urlaub gemacht, es war wie nach Hause komme. Wir haben mit allen Möglichkeiten das Haus genossen. Die Ruhe und die wunderbare Aussicht ist wunderbar. Pepe und Patrizia sind zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Um dieses Kleinod zu erreichen fährt man 1,2 Km, ca. 8 Min., auf einem Feldweg, was aber kein Problem bereitet hat. Wir hatten einen großen 9sitzer Van. Die Aussicht, die Ruhe und die Anordnung des Anwesens hat uns so gut gefallen, daß wir gerne länger geblieben wären.

Ein sehr schönes u.sehr sauberes Haus mit wunderbaren Sitzplätzen im Außenbereich,die wir leider nicht nutzen konnten,weil wir Pech mit dem Wetter hatten!Die letzten 1,4km zum Haus sind zwar beschwerlich,aber durchaus machbar!
