In our Relax Apartment, you will find the space you need for a relaxing vacation.
The apartment features three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two of which are equipped with a TV. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower and toilet, including a washing machine.
There is an additional bathroom with a shower and a separate WC. In the large eat-in kitchen – equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, milk frother, and a living area with a large TV – you can enjoy the morning sun and gaze towards the Herzogstand and Jochberg mountains.
The apartment includes free parking in the in-house carport and use of the garden.
In the garden, you'll find a barbecue area and the barrel sauna. Our apartment is located approximately 1 km from "Bavarian Caribbean," the beautiful Walchensee lake, in the small hamlet of Obernach.
Enjoy all the recreational opportunities the lake offers – stand-up paddleboarding, cycling, canoeing, surfing, swimming – or peacefully soak in the breathtaking mountain scenery surrounding the lake.
The upper Isar Valley with the towns of Wallgau, Krün, and Mittenwald, as well as the mountain sports resort of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, complete our region in the south.
There, you will find many more opportunities for all outdoor activities in the striking mountain landscape between the Karwendel and Wetterstein ranges.
The towns also offer numerous options for pleasant shopping strolls or daily errands. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost.
Cancellations within 30 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Payment is in cash. Arrival from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Departure by 10:00 AM.
