Located on the outskirts of Schmidt, directly on the border of the Eifel National Park, Haus Anne (a semi-detached house) combines forest recreation with a magnificent view of the Rursee lake.
The house can accommodate four to six people.
Two terraces invite you to sunbathe.
The fully equipped kitchen has a pass-through to the friendly dining room.
From there, you enter a bright, cozy living room furnished with a sofa and an armchair.
Numerous hiking trails lead directly past the house.
The log cabin forms a unit with the neighboring house, which is used privately by the landlords.
However, Haus Anne has a separate entrance. **Features:** * Living room with satellite TV and music system * Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and filter coffee machine * Dining room * Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer / Lower floor * Additional guest toilet / Ground floor * 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (1 mattress 180x200, 2 mattresses 80x200) / Ground floor * 1 sleeping alcove in the basement with 1 single bed and a pull-out drawer * 1 travel cot available * 1 high chair available * 1 safety gate for the cellar stairs available * 2 terraces with garden furniture and a sunshade – lake view * Outdoor barbecue area available (grill is provided) * Parking space * A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed The "Eschauel" sun beach can be reached in approximately a 20-minute walk (return journey = very steep), or by car in approx. 2 km. Utilities are included.
Pets: These must be registered with us in advance! Additional fees will apply.
A local surcharge of 3 Euros per person per night is charged for this accommodation.
The holiday apartment is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Key collection is via an outdoor safe at the property.

Die Aussicht ist von den Terrassen ist einfach fantastisch. Wenn das Wetter passt, kann man abends einen traumhaften Sternenhimmel erleben.

heel mooi gelegen voor wandelaars,wandelwegen vanuit het chalet,spijtig dat er boven ook geen badkamer is,de slaapkamer beneden is niet zo leukmaar het uitzicht is onbeschrijfelijk!

Aangename rustdagen in een cosy omgeving met waanzinnig uitzicht en absolute privacy.
Er waren zeker details die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn maar die zijn in verhouding tot de rust harmonie en uitzicht totaal irrelevant. Pracht locatie, alles is aanwezig, ruime kamers, absoluut waar voor de centen.
