This spacious and bright 1 bedroom apartment is set within a modern development close to Liverpool city centre. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, free Wifi and all the amenities needed for up to 2 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.
This stylish and bright interior has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The generous open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, and smart Tv. The large windows throughout bathe the rooms in light and offer views of the city from the 5th floor. There is high speed broadband throughout. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage space for clothes. The modern bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.

Located close to the City Centre, you are within walking distance of many major attractions and landmarks, as well as a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. It's around 15 minutes walk to Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs. Liverpool One Shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue and the Royal Albert Dock - Home to a host of Galleries and Museums, including the Beatles Museum, can all be reached within 20-25 minutes on foot.
As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes stopping 2 minutes from the building. Liverpool Moorfield Train Station is around 15 minutes walk away and Liverpool Central and Lime Street Stations are a short Taxi or bus ride away.

A lovely little flat, clean and tiday with everything you need.There are a lot of drug addicts near the builiding at night time so be on alert. The bed needs replacing immediately, the springs are broken, its a terrible sleep. If they sort out the bed the flat would be very nice nice.
