If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

The apartment is located in South Liverpool in the Canning Area. It is just a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus journey to the city centre, home to Liverpool One shopping Centre, The Beatles museum and the famous Cavern Club among other attractions. Even closer is the Georgian Quarter (10 minutes walk) A sought-after area of Liverpool, you will find artisan shops, independent bars and fabulous restaurants all on your doorstep. The Royal Albert Dock is also just 20 minutes away, home to many attractions including; Tate Liverpool, Titanic Memorial, Beatles Statue, Wheel of Liverpool and the British Music Museum. Most of Liverpool can be easily accessed on foot, for those that don't mind walking however there are also a number of bus routes servicing the road around the corner from the building - from here you can catch a bus to the city centre in 10 minutes. Liverpool Central Train Station is around 20 minutes away or a short taxi ride.

Property was really nice but the noise level was far too loud as it is on a main road. Quite a long walk to city centre. Would not recommend to anyone with small children as there is stairs at the front door.
