In summer, throw open the doors, wander through the private garden and gather seasonal fruit—apples, berries and gooseberries—straight from the trees and bushes. A Kitchen for Slow Living & Good Food The classic Rayburn keeps the kitchen warm and welcoming through cooler months, while a separate hob and oven ensure a modern cooking experience.

The barn also benefits from a reverse-osmosis water system, providing exceptionally pure drinking water throughout your stay. Beautiful house, super comfy modernised old cottage with great amenities. Good location, close to Totnes and easy to drive to both the coast and to Dartmoor. Lovely garden for the dogs to run round in.

Location perfect for Totnes. Barn was delightful, spacious and full of character, as well as thoughtful touches like fresh roses and a welcome hamper. Felt very homely and ideal for me and my parents.

Cottage garden
Generally improve on upkeep inside/outside. Inside clean could be better, lots of cobwebs inside windows. It felt like it had not been occupied for some time. When paying any amount of money for a holiday people expect a standard and I didn’t feel this cottage was up to scratch.
