In the Le Bois du Manège estate, just steps from the Débarquement beach in La Croix Valmer, this charming villa is nestled in nature and boasts a beautiful park with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the Îles d'Or (Golden Islands) in the background.
It comprises a large living room opening onto a lovely terrace shaded by umbrella pines, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds), a shower room with toilet, and a separate toilet.
The swimming pool, surrounded by sunbathing areas, is just a few steps below.

Het zwembad was in topconditie, goede pompen, filtering en uiteraard schoon. De tuin en het terras zijn magnifiek. Voldoende schaduw en bezonning, wat je maar wilt. Tuinmeubilair ruim voorhanden.
Helaas werden in de omgeving tenminste 4 woningen verbouwd, dit garandeerde tot laat in de avond geluidsoverlast. Volgend jaar zullen de huurder dit ongetwijfeld niet meer opmerken. Helaas was er geen bbq aanwezig.

Sejour memorable dans une villa idealement situee sur la côte ! Superbe piscine, panorama inégalable depuis les terrasses, a une minute de la plage du debarquement par un petit escalier sous les pins !
