I felt comfortable in my room, it’s a good size, with my own shower, and I have my space and privacy. Dave does smoke, and he makes a real effort to keep it from getting into the apartment. As long as the room doesn’t smell like smoke, I’m fine with it. He’s also very helpful.
The only downside is that I can’t lock the door when I leave. Maybe Dave could get a small safe for important items, so I wouldn’t have to bring them with me to the beach :D
