Beautiful 2-bedroom duplex apartment for 7 people, in the heart of Valencia.

Very well connected by bus and metro, and only 1.2 km from the center, 4.5 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, 6.5 km from the Arenas and Malvarrosa Beaches of Valencia, and 18 km from the Albufera Natural Park. The accommodation: Duplex apartment in a recently renovated building, located in the Arrancapins neighborhood (Extramurs).
It has been decorated with carefully selected furniture, creating a fresh, cozy, and practical atmosphere with everything you might need during your stay.
The 114m2 apartment features the following spaces: GROUND FLOOR: - Bright living-dining room with seating for 7 people, equipped with two double sofa beds (100x200cm), a round dining table, HD TV, and access to a long balcony. - Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with small appliances (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, and blender). - Bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, and toilet. - Cozy master bedroom with a double bed (150x200cm) and ample closets. 1ST FLOOR (accessed by stairs): - Second open-plan bedroom with a double bed (150x200cm), closet, 1 nightstand, and 2 ottomans. The apartment is provided with bed linen, 1 hand towel, and 1 bath towel per person, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, welcome kitchen amenities (1 sponge, 1 kitchen towel, 2 trash bags, 1 washing machine detergent, dishwasher soap, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), and bathroom amenities (hand soap).
Coffee capsules and a 1.5L bottle of mineral water are also included. La zona era adatta sia per la mia famiglia che per il mio cane, ricca di verde e marciapiedi comodi per uno in carrozzina, a due passi dal centro e supermercati.
L'appartamento da su una strada e la porta di casa è attaccata alla fermata dell'autobus, tutto sommato il rumore era accettabile. Anche se descritto adatto ad un disabile, pur essendo spazioso il bagno non era dotato di wc con doccetta e la doccia era priva di sedile, il resto spazioso e comodo.
