The ground floor features an open concept living space, including two cosy sitting areas, Smart TV and fireplace.
Direct access to the garden, with sun loungers, parasol and a covered porch equipped with outdoor dining table and barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining.
Fully equipped kitchen, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Separate dining room overlooking the living room.

The villa has four comfortable double bedrooms
- Master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom (shower).
- Second bedroom with double bed.

- Second bathroom in the hallway (shower).
All bedrooms, as well as the living and dining areas, are air-conditioned (with heating option for the colder seasons).
ACCESS TO THE PRIVATE CLUB - Pool, Tennis and More
During your stay, enjoy free access to the private bay club, located just 2 minutes' walk from the villa. The club offers a large swimming pool and children's pool, tennis court, bar and children's play area.
You will also have a remote control for free parking in a fenced outdoor car park, right in front of the villa.
BEACH AND SURROUNDINGS
The stunning beach of Cala Sant Francesc is just a 4-minute walk away and features a sandy beach with crystal clear waters, water activities and the beachfront restaurant "Cala Bona", famous for its paella and seafood. Showers and lifeguard service.
Other nearby beaches worth visiting include Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sa Boadella and Cala Canyelles.
The centre of Blanes is less than 5 minutes' drive away, where you will find a lively marina, picturesque promenade, boutique shops and excellent restaurants.

Bonita casa donde inmediatamente te sientes cómodo. Fue agradable que la playa estuviera cerca y que la piscina no estuviera en la propiedad, sino ubicada a pocos minutos de la casa. La naturaleza y la zona son realmente hermosas👍

Es ist eine große Überraschung am Meer. Es ist sehr nah am Strand. Der Raum ist sehr groß, mit allem, was Sie brauchen, Klimaanlage, Parkplatz und einer extrem schönen Aussicht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, dass wir so einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbringen durften.
