This fabulous three bedroom apartment is just 50 metres from the beach in San Pedro de Alcantara, within walking distance of restaurants and bars and close to town.
It is located in a stunning complex with water features and manicured gardens and overlooks the communal pool.
There is a large entrance hall to this property and to your right are a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room.
Leading off of the hall are also two bedrooms each furnished with twin beds, a dressing table and stool and a bedside cabinet with a table lamp.
The bedrooms share a large bathroom which has a walk in jet shower.
Along the hallway is a spacious lounge & dining area with a marble dining table and six dining chairs, a large corner sofa and a glass coffee table, a television and a fireplace and various lamps, side tables and ornaments.
Next to the lounge is the master bedroom furnished with a king size bed, chair and a chaise longue, a dressing table with a mirror and two bedside tables and lamps.
This room benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a double sink unit and a bath and shower within.
There is a large terrace, accessed from the lounge, which wraps around the side of the apartment and has superb, uninterrupted views of the promenade and the Mediterranean Sea.
San Pedro is close to Puerto Banús sitting at the base of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range.
The main street through the centre of San Pedro is pedestrianised and covers the motorway tunnel, making it a safe and pleasant environment with no main road passing through it.
A pleasant walk is from the centre of San Pedro town to the beachfront along the Avenida del Marques del Duero which is a particularly attractive wide avenue flanked by palm trees.
And the modern wide promenade is ideal for continuing your stroll (or skateboarding!) with several excellent chiringuitos (beachside restaurants) specialising in fish dishes San Pedro is a great mix of traditional architecture and culture and modern sports facilities with padel courts and gyms.
The hill top town of Benahavis offers a refreshing break from the bustling coast and is a renowned "Gastronomical Corner" of Andalucia.

Too noisy next to smelly bins & busy road junction The bins were used by local Fish Restaurant to dump their waste!
Although apartment seemed clean, bed linen was stained & washing machine did not work on Arrival and asked for help, poor communication from Management Company! Sun on Balcony only til 1pm.
