Description of the apartment
Our flat "Wank" is located on the top floor of our house. It has a separate living room from the bedroom. A nice shower room, a small kitchenette and a nice quiet NO balcony overlooking the meadows and forest, where you can watch wonderful animals.
In order not to deprive you of the mountain view and the afternoon sun, we have provided deckchairs for you in the garden.
The flat is approx. 37 square metres in size.

Description of the accommodation
Our holiday home, which has existed since 1926, is located in the direct vicinity of the most attractive recreational and hiking areas of Werdenfelser Land. As the only house in the village, you can reach all ski areas and thus most of the hiking areas including the Zugspitze on foot in just a few minutes from your holiday flat. We offer you charmingly furnished holiday flats in an absolutely quiet location for up to 4 persons in 3 different price categories from Euro 85,-. All flats are lovingly furnished in Bavarian style, have a balcony and an unobstructed view of the Alpspitz / Zugspitz massif or towards the meadows and forest.
The last renovation was carried out for our guests in 2024.
We have an innovative heating system with combined heat and power unit and PV system.
11 KW wallbox available.
NEW: Garden sauna for 2 - 3 persons with plunge pool and outdoor shower
Pets are welcome. We charge 35,-- Euro per stay, with two pets 50,-- per stay.

You are very welcome to park your bicycles safely with us.
We have free hire of city bikes and Nordic walking poles.
All flats are equipped with a safe.
