No clean sheets or towels apartment not cleaned during stay socket near hob not working been like this since dec as someone said in previous comments no condiments no iron or ironing board safety deposit box not attached to wall 🤷♀️did get fresh sheets and socket mended but these should have been sorted previously overall enjoyed stay but definitely overpriced

Apartment was clean. There were no cleaning materials, cupboard door broken, only 1 socket working near the cooker, faulty socket near the bed, no toaster, no safe for valuables, only 1 toilet roll, no basic things like salt etc. The manager was very helpful and brought things to us but considering ...
