Safety & Monitoring For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance only and is used solely to monitor occupancy and emergencies.
There are no interior cameras or recording devices on the property.
The home is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system, which measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations, ensuring both privacy and neighborhood peace.
Pet Policy Dogs are not typically permitted.

Traveled with a group of girlfriends and picked this house for comfort - was looking for a house with dining, couch, outdoor space to fit all of us comfortable. This house was perfect! Very clean. Super easy check-in and check-out. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompts. Location was perfect for getting out and exploring Scottsdale. We had the best time!

Great stay at this property. The house was very nice, cozy, and plenty big for 3 couples. Favorite thing were the outdoor living spaces and pool / hot tub. The coffee bar was also very nice as they provided some coffee pods and had everything you could need in the kitchen. Very close drive to Old Town and shopping, which was great. Love to come back!

The house was perfect for friends and family. There was plenty of room and it was meticulously cared for. The pool and spa were a treat. This was by far one of the best homes we have stayed at in the area.
