The City of Scottsdale rigorously enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or removal of this listing from hosting platforms.
Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.
For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door, with additional exterior cameras monitoring side access gates.
These devices are used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes.
