Anjos Tram Station and Intendente Metro Station are just several steps away from the apartment.
Alternatively, you can choose from several bus stations dotted around the area.
However, it's easy to get around central Lisbon on foot.
Services like Uber, Gett and Bolt are available to download and use in Lisbon! Note that one of the bedrooms has a really low ceiling.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Additional cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As escadas podem ser um pouco estreitas, mas é uma excelente forma de se sentir como um local autêntico! Cuidado com a cabeça se ficar nos quartos do sotão. :) It is located on the 3rd floor in one of Lisbon's many classical apartment buildings.
This modern duplex is suited for a large group of friends and families wanting to be in the centre of it all.
Access via stairs only (no lift in the building); The Anjos area is just a train ride away from the lively Alfama district and Bairro Alto! Welcome! As you step inside, the main area and living space are where you can relax on the comfy sofas and entertain yourselves with the wide-screen TV provided.
There is no lack of natural sunlight thanks to the glass windows.
A glass dining table for 6-people is placed in the centre of the room and is perfect for entertaining yourselves.
The kitchen is a fully equipped open-plan area with a microwave oven and coffee machine for convenience.
The apartment has three bedrooms.
The first bedroom is a spacious room with a futon-style double bed and a shelf/storage box to keep your belongings safe.
The second bedroom also has a double bed.
The third bedroom has two twin beds, ideal for children, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower.
All bedrooms come with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.
Additionally, there's another bathroom that's shared throughout the apartment.
It also comes with fresh towels and toiletries.
Important note: Our flat is on the 3rd floor of a typical Portuguese building.
The stairs can be a bit narrow, but it's a great way to feel like an authentic local! Important note: This property has a slow internet connection.
The connection service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities.

Great, of you can cope with the steep stairs
: Location steps away from Intendente Metro Stop, with good places for breakfast nearby & quite close to Supermarket. Spacious, clean & comfortable.
I didn't realise the attic bedrooms were so low you can't walk straight in them.

El techo de las dos habitaciones "bajo tejado" tienen una altura maxima de 1.75 metros, lo que resulta bastante incomodo.
Para llegar al apartamento (es un tercer piso), hay que subir unas escaleras muy empinadas.
Por lo demás, se trata de un apartamento sencillo, bien equipado, centrico y a un paso del metro.

Aucun air climatisé donc vraiment très chaud même avec les ventilateurs qui sont très bruyants. Difficile d’avoir un stationnement proche de l’appartement. Aucun linge pour laver la table et le comptoir.
