Massarelos is one of the Western Porto quarters. It starts right next to the river, near Miragaia, and continues to Rua do Ouro, near Foz. Taking a tour along the river is always a very nice experience. It lets you know a little more about the day-to-day life of the residents, who are direct descendants of fishermen and sailors. Even today, the shield of the quarter has the image of a sailboat. Massarelos also extends up the steep hillsides towards Boavista. Walking the hill through Rua da Restauração and Rua de Entre-Quintas, you'll find a hank of narrow alleys, making a strange link between the city spirit and the countryside.

La ubicación y la construcción del edificio
Ofrecen la estancia sin revisar la limpieza, sin agua caliente, y cuando dimos cuenta de ello no resolvieron el problema . Nos realojaron en una casa antigua , sucia, con mal olor y muy lejos de donde habíamos pagado el alojamiento. Tuvimos que cambiar los planes y perder un dia de vacaciones. Muy mala experiencia

Five-star stay! The house was super organized and spotless — every room was clean and smelled great. The overall atmosphere of the accommodation was peaceful, family-friendly, and beautiful. There were shops and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay, and whenever I come back to Porto, I’ll definitely stay in the same place again.
